Over the course of the shift her condition has deteriorated, more rapidly over the past 30 mins. ; You have phoned her son and asked him to come to the hospital, unfortunately Mrs Smith dies before he arrive. ; On arrival at the ward you stop her son before he enter Mrs Smith’s room and ask him to wait in the relatives room. At this point he becomes angry and starts shouting – wanting an explanation.
