years old, I am married to John, we don’t have any children, just 2 dogs. ; I work as a social worker and John is a
computer technician. ; We live in a small
apartment in the middle of the city – we both love the hustle and bustle.(喧嚣气氛)

years ago, I began to notice that I was finding it difficult to walk; I would
lose my balance, especially when going up and down stairs, then I began to
stumble（蹒跚） and fall over when walking along the pavement.（人行道） ; After one particularly bad fall, when I had to go to the hospital, I was
advised to have some tests carried out. ; The results showed I have Primary Progressing Multiple Sclerosis,（原发性进行性多发性硬化症） quite a mouthful, I just
call it PPMS. ; ; ;
; ; ; ; ; ; ; ;It seems to be increasing at
quite a rate at the moment, with my symptoms getting worse. ; I have just recovered from a urine infection,
but now I find I don’t always make it to the toilet in time, very embarrassing,
especially if I am out. I am off work at the moment and not sure if I will be
able to go back, work were finding it difficult to accommodate my limited
mobility – to many stairs. ; My balance is
particularly poor, as is my fine motor movement （精细动作）– preparing food is difficult, my legs
get very tired if I stand for too long, I still find I fall over. ;

; ; ; ; ; ; ; ;差不多5年前，我发现我行走有困难，会失去平衡，特别是在上下楼梯的时候，后来就走路蹒跚还会摔倒。 一次摔得很厉害不得不看医生时，医生建议做些检查。结果是原发性进行性多发性硬化，挺拗口的。
目前好像进展的很快，症状正在恶化。 尿路感染才恢复，却发现有尿急，有时特别是在外面的时候，还没到卫生间就尿了，感觉很尴尬。因为单位有太多的台阶，自己活动受限不能适应所以就辞职了，也不知道还能不能重返工作岗位。现在我的平衡能力和精细动作都非常差，做饭都很困难了，而且也不能久站，还会跌倒。
